America is adjusting to a new administration both in style and in substance. Some of the most recent decisions by the new Trump administration has directly impacted many of us, our friends and family and yes, even the Christian and Missionary Alliance.  I wanted to share the recently released Press Release from John Stumbo, our outgoing president in regards to the Alliance statement on immigration and the poor.  The C&MA is a "keep working on Mission" type of group.  We rarely make a statement.  The Alliance and several global relief agencies are also being impacted by the frozen funds for USAid.  I love it that during these difficult times, the Alliance calls us to pray for our government and, at the same time, obey God's directive to show the love of Christ to everyone, even our neighbors.  As a congregation who has come together with people from various corners of the earth it is a joy to see you love on each other and pray to the Lord about our concerns.
